台灣被指控! 健保資料論文 "量產"機 擁護??

利用健保資料量產論文 美學者砲轟台教授 2016-03-1314:50 〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕美國西雅圖維吉尼亞梅森醫學中心（Virginia Mason Medical Center）的漢普森博士（Neil B. Hampson），與鹽湖城國際衛生保健組織（Intermountain Healthcare）的威佛博士（Lindell K. Weaver），近日投書到《醫學》（Medicine）、《歐洲內科期刊》（European Journal of Internal Medicine）等國際醫學期刊，指控台灣有學者利用健保資料庫量產學術價值低的論文，消息傳回台灣後，引發醫界議論。 在漢普森博士與威佛博士聯合署名的投書中，他們指控，某位台灣教授在2015年間向國際期刊投了151篇論文，但全都是利用台灣健保資料庫數據所做的研究，「這些研究似乎是模板化的，而不是由假設驅動。這些出自同一研究模型的論文多達150篇，但對於想做文獻調查的臨床醫師卻毫無用處。他每篇論文的論述都是『根據健保局資料，某兩種臨床情況有相關性』，但他所宣稱的相關性往往並不明顯。」台灣學者被砲轟的消息近日傳回台灣，讓台大國發所教授劉靜怡12日在臉書發文諷刺，「這還能算是新聞嗎？就是聞名已久的切香腸式論文製造機量產方式啊，不然何以台灣學界會有一大堆大力擁護全民健保資料庫的學者，而且還聯手污名化質疑全民健保資料庫運用合憲性與適法性的『所謂人權團體』？」
