杏國 獲 瑞士Y-YBar 眼科儀器 全球 "產銷權" (量測脈絡膜血流流速)

杏國攜手瑞士Y-YBar 開發眼科疾病診斷儀器 20161108 20:35 杜蕙蓉/台北報導 杏國新藥(4192)繼日前處分Medigene AG股權45.8萬股,獲利6620萬元後,今(8)日宣佈攜手瑞士Y-YBar光學儀器公司,開發眼科疾病診斷精密儀器,杏國將擁有全球產銷權,雙方將合作搶攻眼科慢性疾病市場商機。杏國今日是與Y-YBar簽訂新一代量測脈絡膜血流流速之全球技術開發合約。Y-YBar將技轉技術,協助杏國優化儀器技術加值,有助於眼睛早期病變之診斷,達到早期治療的效果。積極投入眼部疾病治療的杏國,目前執行「乾式老年性黃斑部病變 (Dry AMD) II/III期臨床試驗已在台大醫院收案中,此試驗乃由美國 MacuCLEAR Inc. 授權在亞洲執行,所使用的檢診儀器則於美國執行的臨床試驗完全相同。其中,眼科診斷儀器FloM-S (脈絡膜血流流速儀利用Laser Doppler Flowmetry (LDF)原理,量測脈絡膜血流流速,此儀器曾與美國太空總署(NASA)合作,針對太空人因重力不同所造成眼底血流生理的變化進行研究,據知太空人在返回地球後通常會有遠視之現象。根據BMI Espicom數據顯示,全球醫療器材市場持續穩健成長,預估2017年可達4,053億美元。隨著眼科慢性疾病的病人逐年增加,考慮未來眼科早期檢診的需要性,杏國從2013年開始成立眼科檢診儀器部,並由研發同仁進駐研發實驗室,迄今已從國外,引進數台最新的眼科檢診儀器進入台灣做臨床研究。(工商

Y-YBAR is producing medical devices for the research in ophthalmolgy. these devices -based on laser doppler flowmetry- measure relative choroidal blood flow. if you are conducting research in vascular system of the eye, for example in the case of glaucoma, if you need an objective criterion to measure the effect of your vascular treatment, if you want to know the effect of your drug on choroidal blood flow then our devices are for you.  

FloM-PET  The FloM-pet is an instrument to measure blood flow in the eye on the rat. The instrument is mounted on a dedicated support. The measuring device rotate around the pupil of the animal's eye so that any point inside the funds can be reached without readjusting the entrance pupil. Fundus and probing beam can be visualised.  

FloM-ONH  The FloM-ONH is an instrument to measure blood flow in the subfoveal region of the human eye (choroid) or in the optic nerve head. The instrument can be mounted on a slit lamp. It requires a cooperative subject, which is asked to look at a faint coherent light source. For choroidal measurement: By doing this, the probing light is focused on the fovea of the subject, an avascular zone where the LDF measurements are done. No pupil dilatation is required for that measurement. For ONH measurement: In that case a movable fixation point is used. The instrument has two observation systems, one for the ONH with its own illumination and a second to observe the position of the probing beam at the cornea. An add-on can be used to excite the fovea with flicker light.
