「大台」製薬会社2017年度: Annual income ranking No1: Solasia Pharma (ソレイジア・ファーマ)

( エーブィエ バイオファーム) 製薬会社年収ランキング トップは2年連続ソレイジア―9社が1000万円超え 2018/07/12各社公表の有価証券報告書をもとに、製薬会社80社の平均年収ランキングをまとめました。「大台」とされる1000万円を超えたのは9社で、昨年から1社増加。ランキング1位となったのは昨年に続いてバイオベンチャーのソレイジア・ファーマで、従業員の平均年収は1576万円。ソレイジアは増加額でもトップとなりました。

ソレイジアは1576万円 大手の年収差は縮小 今回のランキングで集計対象としたのは、有価証券報告書を公表している国内の製薬会社80社。新薬メーカーのほか、後発品メーカーやOTC（一般用医薬品）メーカー、バイオベンチャーが含まれます。ランキングに用いたのは、2017年4月期～17年3月期の有価証券報告書に記載されている単体の平均年収。大半は18年3月期または17年12月期の数字となっています。17年度の平均年収ランキングでトップとなったのは、バイオベンチャーのソレイジア・ファーマで、平均年収は1576.3万円（平均年齢48.4歳）。2位は1195.0万円（49.9歳）のシンバイオ製薬、3位は1103.9万円（42.5歳）の第一三共でした。 ソレイジアは昨年3月に東証マザーズに上場。がん領域を中心に、世界中から有望な新薬候補を導入し、いち早く日本や中国などのアジア諸国に提供することを目指しています。17年12月期の連結業績は、売上高4億1000万円（前年比18.0%減）、営業利益は10億900万円の赤字（前年は4億6200万円の赤字）でした。今年5月には、がん治療による口内炎に伴う疼痛緩和口腔用液剤「エピシル」が、ライセンス先のMeijiSeikaファルマから発売されました。製薬会社 平均年収トップ20の表。1位：ソレイジア・ファーマ（1576.3万円）。2位：シンバイオ製薬（1195万円）。3位：第一三共（1103.9万円）。4位：そーせいG（1087.7万円）。5位：アステラス製薬（1079.4万円）。6位：大塚HD（1076.2万円）。7位：エーザイ（1044.6万円）。8位：武田薬品工業（1038.8万円）。9位：サンバイオ（1009.6万円）。10位：ペプチドリーム（993.6万円）。11位：中外製薬（953万円）。12位：キョーリン製薬HD（930.1万円）。13位：塩野義製薬（919.3万円）。14位：小野薬品工業（905.5万円）。15位：アンジェス（886.2万円）。16位：田辺三菱製薬（876.2万円）。17位：大正製薬HD（875.2万円）。18位：ジーエヌアイG（873.9万円）。19位：生化学工業（866.2万円）。20位：ブライトパス・バイオ（865.3万円）。 一般的に「大台」とされる1000万円を超えたのは、これら3社を含めて9社。昨年のランキングからまた1社増えました。 国内大手では、第一三共が29.5万円減少した一方、武田薬品工業は23.7万円増加。アステラス製薬とエーザイはともに0.6%増で微増でした。3年前の14年度に166.3万円あった第一三共と武田の差は、17年度には65.1万円まで縮小。武田はエーザイとほぼ同じ水準まで年収が上がっており。国内大手4社の年収差は小さくなっています。製薬大手4社の、2007年度から2017年度までの平均年収の推移の折れ線グラフ。2017年度、第一三共：1103.9万円。アステラス製薬：1079.4万円。エーザイ：1044.6万円。武田薬品工業：1038.8万円。上位ではこのほか、ペプチドリームや中外製薬、塩野義製薬などが900万円超え。免疫チェックポイント阻害薬「オプジーボ」が大型化した小野薬品工業は、昨年から8.7万円アップして900万円台に乗りました。 集計した80社の平均年収742.0万円（平均年齢42.0歳）で、前年（732.8万円、41.8歳）から9.2万円（1.3%）アップ。前年から平均年収が増加したのは46社、減少したのは34社でした。

増加額でもソレイジアがトップ ワーストはテラ 前年からの増加額が最も大きかったのは、ランキングでも1位のソレイジア。前年から178.4万円（12.8%）のアップとなりました。増加額2位は、がんワクチンを開発するブライトパス・バイオ（162.8万円増）、3位は日本に本社を置きながら中国で新薬開発を行うジーエヌアイグループ（108.7万円増）でした。ブライトパス・バイオは16年度も97.7万円上がっており、大幅な年収アップが続いています。

Announces Japanese Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency Supports the Expansion of the Phase III Program for Pledox(R) to Include Japanese Patients  Jun 13 18PledPharma AB and Solasia Pharma K.K. announced that the Japanese Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency, PMDA, following a meeting with PledPharma and Solasia, has expressed its support for an expansion of the Phase III program with the drug candidate PledOx(R) to include Japanese patients. The Phase III program for PledOx(R) consists of two international double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled studies, POLAR-M and POLAR-A, conducted in the US and EU. Based on the discussion with the PMDA, the intention is to submit clinical trial applications to extend the program with an additional 200 patients to cover a total of approximately 700 patients in the POLAR-A and POLAR-M studies. The process of submitting applications for study start will commence immediately in Asian countries including Japan. The expansion of the study program will be financed in full by PledPharma's partner Solasia, in-line with the licensing agreement announced in November 2017. The Japanese Medicines Agency's positive opinion is based, among other things, on the positive outcome of the SUNCIST Phase 1 study that was communicated in February 2018. The study investigated the safety, tolerance and pharmacokinetics of PledOx(R) in Caucasian and Japanese healthy volunteers.

Solasia Pharma K.K., a pharmaceutical company, develops and sells a range of pharmaceuticals products in Japan. The company is developing SP-01, a transdermal delivery system, which is in a clinical pharmacology study and a randomized, double blind, and oral granisetron controlled clinical study for delivering the anti-emetic and granisetron into the patient's bloodstream to patients receiving chemotherapy; and SP-02, a mitochondrial-targeted agent, which is in Phase II clinical study to treat various hematologic and solid cancers, as well as SP-03, an oral liquid for the treatment of pain associated with oral mucositis.
