Sinphar Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Taiwan signed a cooperative agreement with Daito Pharmaceutical (Japan) for development and manufacturing of breast cancer drugs. Detailed is not discosed. But, what it is apparent is that Japanese drug maker intends slash down production cost by offshore sourcing. This act is majorily prompted by Japan authority policy amended.
