Taiwan: A biotechnology group proposed under the cross-strait economy cooperation committee

Taiwan legislator, LAI Shyh-Bao, proposed certain biotechnology related businesses should be considered to be listed in "early harvest" negotiation of ECFA with China. This biotech taskforce structure could refer to similar function in TIFA rather than CEPA structure between China and Hong Kong.
