併購發威保瑞藥業：要做製藥界的台積電記者林淑慧／台北報導 2018年03月29日 保瑞藥業董事長盛保熙今（29）日表示，日前收購美國Nasdaq上市公司Impax旗下益邦製藥100％股權，受惠國際代工挹注，讓保瑞躍升為全台產能前五大的口服製劑藥廠，期許保瑞能成為「製藥界的台積電」。櫃買中心今天舉行生醫產業業績發表會，邀請中天生技、保瑞藥業及健亞公司，向法人及投資大眾報告近期業績及今年度的營運展望。「要讓全世界能用到台灣做的藥，」盛保熙表示，收購Impax旗下益邦製藥，不僅獲Impax藥品銷美訂單與帕金森氏症用藥在台經銷權，取得全廠USFDA/MHRA合格銷美資格，有助保瑞後續的國際佈局。去年十月，Impax與Amneal合併，基於海外經營策略調整，加上成本上漲壓力，才決議出售斥資40億元興建的益邦製藥廠，而保瑞以成為Impax的合作夥伴為訴求，並以最低出資價格得標，將共創雙贏契機。保瑞指出，口服製劑產能躍進，有助爭取CMO/CDMO的代工訂單；由於訂單掌握度高，加上國際代工訂單可望成長，已規劃在今年增加2條液劑產線，而併購後的淨利率有機會不亞於原事業群水準，年營收可望逾倍跳增。針對併購後的挑戰，盛保熙認為在於台美文化差異，為消弭員工疑慮及提升信心，他花了二、三個月時間，每周到該廠三次，與美籍員工面對面溝通保瑞的國際佈局計劃及願景，期許保瑞能成為藥業市場中的台積電，協助生技產業打進國際。
