安勤入股葛美迪 跨足醫療顯示器 2016年02月02日 04:11 記者吳姿瑩／台北報導 工業電腦廠安勤（3479）昨（1）日宣布，布局醫療領域又添一新成員，日前投資2,000萬元，取得葛美迪影像股份有限公司（Goomedi Lab.）33.33％股權，跨入專業醫療顯示器市場，結合安勤新成立醫療品牌Remedi及醫療推車Bytec，將既有醫療版圖擴大。安勤董事長劉琍綺表示，公司於2006年開始布局智慧醫療產業，深耕床邊照護系統領域，至今占公司營收比重已達24～27％，此次引進葛美迪的研發設計能力，強化安勤醫療照護系統成為更完整的智慧醫療解決方案。安勤強調，醫療用顯示器與傳統工業電腦醫療用Panel PC有極大差異，需要醫療國際認證許可，這次投資的醫療用顯示器公司葛美迪，成立於2014年，員工14人，主要以研發與技術人員為主，目前已取得多項專利，未來透過安勤在歐美市場經驗，讓安勤醫療產品供應更完整及讓葛美迪有更佳的醫療客戶出海口。安勤去年營收44.83億元，年增19.41％，連2年創歷史新高，展望今年，旗下醫療照護事業體新布局更趨成熟，與仁寶合作物聯網市場產品也會較去年明顯貢獻，法人估計，安勤第1季營收可望與去年第3、4季營收相當，今年營收上看50億元。(工商時報)

Goomedi Lab.'s product line, including medical monitors from 19" up to 55", could be categorized into diagnostic displays, ultrasound displays and surgical displays according to different applications and specifications. The whole product line is compatible with DICOM standards (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine), among which the 55" surgical display supports UHD 4K x 2K resolution.
