議題：

1. "The U.S. Patent Reform Act of 2011″ By Joe Snyder. Dr. Synder will discuss the pending legislation that could change the US patent laws and how the changes might impact the biotech companies

2. "Bilski and Friends: The Future of Gene Patents and Method Patents in Biotech" by Dr. Bill Kezer. Dr. Kezer will discuss the current topics of the Myriad case, as well as a series of "method cases" including LabCorp v Metabolite, Classen v Biogen, and Prometheus v. Mayo – and the implication that In re Bilski had in these developing changes in legal interpretation.
