Aug. 4, 2011 Radient Pharmaceuticals Corporation "the Company" or "Radient" (otcqx:RXPC) (pinksheets:RXPC), a developer and marketer of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) cancer tests, today announced it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Taiwan-based Uni Pharma, Co. Ltd. Uni Pharma will import, market, and sell Onko-Sure(R) in the Taiwanese market. Onko-Sure(R) is a simple, non-invasive cancer blood test which has received regulatory approval in Taiwan as a general cancer tumor marker. Onko-Sure(R) is also approved as a general cancer tumor marker in several other Asian markets, as well as the European Union. The US FDA has cleared Onko-Sure(R) to market for monitoring colorectal cancer during treatment and for post-treatment recurrence monitoring. Onko-Sure(R) has also received regulatory approval for sale in Canada for lung cancer detection, treatment and recurrence monitoring. "Having already built some traction in the Taiwanese market for Onko-Sure(R), we are pleased to enter into this agreement with a partner like Uni Pharma.
